★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Came here for Cinco De Mayo, was crowded to be expected. Was seated in area where we have 1 hour to dine, except when you sit down it takes a few minutes to find someone to take your order. Only for me to scream my order to my waitress because the music is extremely loud. It wasn’t at a level for a restaurant? There’s no dance floor. it’s disorganized. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unimpressed. The food was mediocre. Wasn’t bad but for the price no. The lemon drop was delicious though. I did like that the fish in the fish taco wasn’t battered. The guacamole I paid $3 for was 1/4 of avocado mashed, no salt, no flavor, no onions, no lime. The salsa provided wasn’t good or spicy and nothing had flavor.
May 08 · Thatsso LuluEverything about this place is awesome. An easy menu of good food at great prices. A nice aesthetic and great service. All you can ask for from a local Mexican restaurant. Come with friends or family and drink margaritas till everything is funny.
May 25 · SneekThe Lighthouse offers a refined take on some classics — and I’m still thinking about it. I stopped in for dinner and sampled their dumplings and lobster rolls, and both dishes delivered in flavor and flair. The dumplings were delicate yet packed a punch with every bite — a brilliant balance of texture and seasoning. But the lobster rolls? Next-level.The setting felt effortlessly elegant, with a relaxed, nautical vibe that perfectly complemented the menu. The staff were warm and attentive, making sure every moment felt cared for without being overbearing.Prices were on the higher side, but honestly — worth every penny. If you’re in the mood for a great vibe with thoughtful preparation, The Lighthouse shines bright.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️½
July 07 · Ulicia MurrayCame here for Restaurant Week expecting a decent $30 dinner deal, but it was a hot mess from start to finish. We were hungry for restaurant week and passing by when we were intrigued when we saw the sign out front clearly advertised a complimentary original margarita. We asked our server twice before placing our order if it was included, and she said yes both times. When the bill came, we were charged for the drinks anyway and the waitress said that the promo didn’t apply to the Restaurant Week menu after asking her manager. You would expect us to be cleared of the miscommunication but there was no apology, no solution, and we were briefly checked on the entire night. What’s worse, the food didn’t redeem the experience. My friend’s Southwestern salad was missing the vinaigrette which is one of the only components of the dish, and it was extremely underwhelming. The entrées took forever to arrive even though the place wasn’t busy, and when they finally did, my pork chop was lukewarm, gamey, and when I checked near the bone with a flashlight, I realized it was undercooked and visibly pink. I couldn’t tell because of the dim lighting that what I was eating was a health hazard. Maybe the cheap liquor is to make up for the mediocre food. Staff stood around gossiping behind the bar and near the kitchen. The bathrooms? Disgusting. No soap, one of which was literally ripped off the wall, and no toilet paper. The only somewhat redeeming part of the meal was the elote appetizer and the tiny Mexican style tiramisu.Anyways, if the $30 deal is going to be this low-effort, don’t even offer it. We would’ve been better off ordering one solid entrée and calling it a day. This place is a skip
