★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This Salvadoran restaurant offers delicious food at reasonable prices. I've tried to have something for breakfast and dinner.I tried:👍soup with the beef,👍rice,👎rice with meat (the beef was really dry),👍 pupusas,In general I can say that all of food was great.🤓The place is always crowded, which shows how popular it is.🥰The staff is friendly, 👍and the service is excellent.🤓🧐😝After trying other local Salvadoran spots, this one stands out with the best breakfast, soup and pupusas.I’ll definitely be back☀️💯 Highly recommend it!
February 23 · Explorer OFAST Review: Food, Ambience, Service, TimeFood was good. It was delicious, but there are no wow factors. They are not trying to impress anyone, but catering to the local Salvadorean community. The presentation of the plate was very poor, it looked empty, with just the item ordered - but the food makes up for it. Papusas is typical Salvadorean and you should try it - I liked the Ajote as well as the Frijoles; the queso papusas was good. I ordered Pechuga la vina, and it was delicious. The salad was fresh. I did not like that tortillas, was too thick for me. The orchata was not too great. Loved the cappuccino.Ambience is good. While they have space for a fast food place, they made it very accommodating and presentable with their colors, decorations and paintings on the wall. The tables were small and a little uncomfortable, but the servers were always around to remove unwanted plates and make it easy to navigate the table.Service was very good. All the conversation was in Spanish, so not sure if they speak English. We were constantly checked on, and provided with extra cutlery and napkins without asking for it. They charged tip automatically to the bill and that was disappointing. I do not add anything more when restaurants add gratuity automatically - if that's what they think they are worth, that's what they get. I would have added more, their loss.Time was good. We were attended to immediately, food was quick to the table, items were fresh and food was hot. It took time for them to bring the check, we were ready to walk out, :-). To their credit, they were busy with a lot of take out orders.
March 30 · Ritesh NairThe pupusas are the best I've had in a very long while and the "tamal de elote"-- fresh and delicious. A foodies "must try".
September 07 · Jose GuzmanOne of my favorite Salvadorean restaurants in the area. The food is fresh and inexpensive, the service is quick and the waitresses are polite to you! One drawback is that they currently only deliver for lunch time only. I recommend.
March 10 · Diego Diaz“A taste of El Salvador 🇸🇻”🍽 El Salvadoreño📍Fairview, NJ⭐️ 4/5💰 $$📣 RecommendationThis was my second time trying Salvadorian food – this time for brunch time instead of dinner. The breakfast dish was sooo delicious, it comes with eggs, beans, cream, tortilla, cheese and maduros (sweet plantain). I mixed everything and it was such a delicious combination. We also had the Pupusas revuelta but it wasn’t out of this world as I’d expect it to be. Nice indoor ambiance and a lot of people on a Sunday morning/afternoon.Update: I’ve come back and all of the above still stands true. I also highly recommend the tamal de pollo. So tasty! Don’t forget to order your cafecito con leche....#foodspotsnj #salvadorianspots #salvadoriandishes #njrestaurants #njsalvadorian #pupusas #desayunosalvadoreno #goodeatsnj
