I used to go here a lot and it was always great. It has really gone downhill. The price is obviously a lot but they give you basically nothing now. A regular fries used to fill an entire plate. Now it's almost nothing for over $7? Yeah right, save your money and go else where.

I sadly probably won't be going to five guys anymore. The food is A+ quality but recently they've been really lowering the quantity. It's well known that fives guys is pretty expensive but the redeeming quality is they give you a lot, especially fries. A regular fries used to give you far more than typical fast food places. However now it's just more of the same and for the price it's not worth it anymore. Maybe other five guys chains are better but the one on 188th St, fresh meadows really gives a lot less fries now.

My first time going there and my last time tell me why a hamburger with grilled onions and mushrooms and a small drink cast 15 dollars. I was mind-blowed a small hamburger and small drink costed me half of my 20 dollars the food is A+ but the prices is to much times are hard and not always easy to get money if they could lower the prices a little bit it would be a lot better.

Very unprofessional staff and service. I placed an Ubereats order today, 11/25/24 and ordered two hamburgers, fries, and two milkshakes. What a surprise I was met with when my uber eats courier handed me a bag with my items but instead of milkshakes I was given two bottled cokes. Extremely disappointed I wasn’t asked or adjusted item pricing.

Went on June 26th with my daughter after she finished kindergarten to celebrate with a 🌭.I was impressed with how Edwin P. kept the morale & quality control high on the cook line.The BLT will be my new go-to. It was tasty & refreshing. My daughter loved her hot dog & fries. We always sit at the counter.I think i often get lucky when I come here because I end up beating the crowd.P.s. Bathroom was clean.
