★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Thank you so much for your service, food and wonderful atmosphere. We're Haitian, and Mom is very....No....EXTREMELY picky about her food. So to see mom excited and wants to come back for more, is a huge reward/compliment. Thank you for this wonderful experience, see you soon
May 16 · JoeyI ordered from this restaurant through Uber Eats and added the bean stew option to my meal, which had no listed price. Later, I noticed they adjusted the total and added a $3 charge without informing me ahead of time. When I called the restaurant to clarify, I was shocked at the response I was told, “Were you expecting free things? There’s nothing free in America,” in a rude and disrespectful tone. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. I don’t mind paying for what I order, but it’s basic courtesy to be transparent with pricing and speak respectfully to customers. I will not be ordering from here again.
July 31 · Afi AhawoWowww, I am so satisfied with everything here. Food, Service and atmosphere is beautiful. Place is very clean, including bathrooms. The service was wonderful, they treated us with such kindness and respect. I'm definitely visiting again...this time with friends. Thank you so much 🙏🏽

I’ve tried other places and none can compare to this place If you’re a person like me and don’t like your food so spicy this place is for you you can taste a little kick just a little bit but you also taste the great flavors and quality of the food. The staff OMG the staff are so so respectful and pleasant to deal with thank you soo much
May 18 · Nikiyah BrownI have been ordering from this place for the longest. Always enjoyed their meals till they opened the Irvington location and I had to pick up catered orders from there. The food at this location is HORRIBLE!!! I ordered a tray of waakye and another for jollof during the Christmas holiday. It was so bad that we literally threw everything away except the goat meat that I was able to make some stew from. The beans from the waakye was so hard and had such a bad taste, it didn't even taste like waakye. The jollof was equally hard and tasteless, it tasted like old frozen food that was reheated to sell. The fish that was supposed to come with the waakye also tasted old, like leftover food they would freeze over and over again to serve ordering customers. I ended up making waakye myself with the goat meat I was able to salvage from my order. I spent so much money only for me to throw away the food and cook my own food. It's sad because she used to make reallygood food. I will NEVER order from them again!!!
