Normally l usually get any Mediterranean food in Astoria NY because it tastes authentic and is always well prepared.Grill House is clean and spacious. Their service was good. HOWEVER the actual Food/meats were not tasty unfortunately. Baba Ghanoush was the only hit, and rice was made very flavorful. And l can recommend the lime mint drink which was delicious.We got the meat platter for 2. Presentation is excellent but the flavors just didn’t hit. It was gammy, lamb chop was burnt, there’s no seasoning in the hummus w/ shwarma chicken, and honestly the presentation was better than the taste. In the pictures, l added pepper for more flavor.I hope they take this review not as an offense, but just to really improve on the flavor. Total cost was $72, thats way too high for subpar flavors.
