Disappointed to find a “closed until 7 p.m.” sign on the door on free cone day. If you don’t want to participate, don’t, but don’t have the location listed as participating but closed when customers arrive.

I’ve been to this locations plenty of times. I decided to stop by on warm day to enjoy some ice cream. The staff greeted us when we walked into the store and was very polite. What more can I say it’s delicious ice cream. The location accepts cash and card.

Was told that they don't make shakes this late (2 hours before closing.) I was also informed that they don't close at midnight, but 11:30pm. Nothing about they *can't* make a milkshake 2 hours before closing, but they *won't.* lazy people. The store is empty, and there is no reason for it. Employees should be replaced with people that Will do their jobs.

I visited this location on 1/16 10 minutes before closing time. When I walked in I was told they were closed and I had to practically beg the gentleman to serve me. I was also told that he could only give a medium or lage cup of ice cream which is ridiculous. A few minutes later a white woman walks in and he says nothing to her about being closed and he allowed her to order whatever she wanted. It's sad that as a black man to be treated like this in this day and age. I will never visit this location again!!!
