What is worth choosing

For the first-time visitor, the Original Baked Cheese Tart is non-negotiable. It is the flagship product for a reason and offers the quintessential experience. The rich, creamy filling made from a blend of three different types of cheese provides a luxurious mouthfeel that is perfectly contrasted by the flaky, buttery crust. ★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I stopped by Hokkaido Baked Cheese Tart in the East Village and tried the matcha tart. The flavor of the filling was nice and had a good matcha taste, but the shell was way too tough and hard to bite through. I was hoping for a lighter, more crumbly crust to balance the creamy inside. Overall, the tart was just okay for me, not as soft and delicate as I expected.
September 10 · FloraLoved the cheese tart at Hokkaido. The crust had a great flavor and was nice and crumbly. The filling was light and not overly sweet. I think the tart would have been better chilled. Will need to experiment…😀
August 15 · Alexandra BissettThe Hokkaido cream puff and cheese tart are on the right. Once I tried a Hokkaido ice cream in Japan. The filling flavor is not as pure but it comes close. The tart and puff both have a goopy cream which is fun to eat if you don't mind a dollop ending up here or there. The tart had a slightly salty, cheesy taste. All the puffs are probably factory made, because the imprints on them look industrial. Not worth the price point at 5 per item I think. But good to try!
March 31 · Anna ChangQuick service, plenty of seating, great selection of tarts, took a box of 6 home, only tried the ube on the spot. I selected the original, mango, ube, tiramisu, hojicha, and black sesame, each of them were creamy and flavorful, favorites were the ube and black sesame!
March 03 · Katrina BautistaFlavors were good but there were inconsistencies with the texture of the tarts. Some were super runny and the crust was too hard. For the price I expected better, it was good to try but I probably wouldn’t go back again. The bear cookie was also good I would recommend getting that.
