I wrote a critical review for the food service on Hungry Panda, based on a negative experience with one of their orders. Later, I noticed that my original review had been altered, softening or removing key points of criticism — without my consent or knowledge.I contacted Hungry Panda's customer support and asked why the review had been changed. They did not provide a direct answer, and eventually told me via email that I could delete the review if I wanted. However, this does not address the issue of unauthorized modification, and raises serious concerns about the business manipulating customer feedback on this app.This behavior may violate review policies regarding authenticity and manipulation. I believe consumers should be able to trust that reviews posted on Hungry Panda reflect real, unedited customer experiences.

Seems like a nice Asian company with a nice menu and prices.Cute girls at the promotion were giving away presentation boxes for subscription . My teenage daughter loves different Asian stuff and wanted to get a promo box as a gift ) but the nice girls tricked her by saying you have to sign up for a paid memeber to get the free-box😵‍💫.Not kids-friendly. They cheat. I do not recommend . And judging by the numerous negative reviews - this company should be blocked .

This is not a chinese restaurant you can go and pick up, this is their office location for a HungryPanda to manage their delivery servise through their app.

This store does not exist. I order food. Went to pick up and no where to locate the store. Smfh.
