I went to IHOP for a meal today. The food was okay, but the service was honestly unacceptable. The server didn’t smile or show even basic respect. She placed the food heavily on the table, and even when we thanked her despite her attitude, she showed no response—not even a simple "thank you." With that kind of attitude, it’s no wonder there were no other customers except us. It’s hard to understand why a restaurant would hire someone like that.

This restaurant has definitely improved—it’s much cleaner now, and the service is way better than it used to be.

I've come to this IHOP a few times now. I have to write, I've mostly had good experiences.Most of the staff showed interest in customers' needs and have been mostly very attentive to making conversations in asking if all is well. I've also experienced staff with the look of not wanting to be there working.Food has been good, and it's my main reason why I've come back a few times. It's been a good experience, so why should I not come back?I'll recommend it, so you can give it a try yourself.

Loved the food. My eggs were made to perfection! We had waitress Jocelyn. She was great! Very friendly and attentive. She was very busy and still made the time to make sure our table had everything we needed.

The food was good, for the amount of food the price is reasonable (if the portion was smaller it would be expensive), the omelette that I ordered was really big and tasty (I thought it would be a regular small omelette but it surpassed my expectations). The service was good too, the waitress was pretty attentive. The restroom was clean and smelled really well.
