Had a decent meal at Kawa Sushi. The staff was attentive and friendly.The dining area is larger and spacious from what can be seen from the front of the establishment. Not too many diners when we visited for lunch. But did notice several takeouts.

Sushi was good overall. The place was empty when we went in and we had the whole place to ourselves. Had some good sized sashimi pieces that was fresh. I like their ikura (salmon roe) which is always tasty. My friend had some rolls and scallop.

The service was so bad here! We waited at least half hour before they took our order. We probably should’ve left but the food saved this date. The food was absolutely delicious, If only the service was great. If you do go there, I recommend the duck salad! Found this place on Groupon.

The place had an intimate setting. It's good for a first date. The service could've been better, but the workers were nice. I order the Calamari legs which tasted good. I also had the chicken tempura, salmon roll, and sweet potato roll. They were small portions of sushi but still got the job done. The sweet potato roll was okay. It was a warm baked sweet potato rolled in rice. If you like mushy soft food in your mouth this is good for you.

Really cute place and decently sized, you can’t really tell from the outside. Very friendly and attentive staff, affordable prices, and great food! We got a few different rolls and the shrimp bento box, both were amazing. Will definitely be back!
