Today Aug 12,2025, visited restaurant and to my surprise was very disappointed with service and their food. We had the following dishes, HoneyComb platter, which was not tasty at all. Popcorn chicken was dried over cooked so was the tempura. Tempura had no taste , appeared to taste like Costco tempura. I also ordered the rice burger with fries, also tasteless, fries very salty. Beef Ramen was ok nothing to be thrilled about. It appears the cooking oil being used , has been used a number of times and not fresh. The service was mediocre, some were on their cell phone, had to call the waiter a number of times over for water. The ambiance was ok. The place is very clean as well as its bathroom. When paying the bill an automatic tip of 18% added. I travelled a lot and go to many restaurants to try different ethnic foods and consider myself a foodie who likes to rate the food, service and ambience to let other customers know how was the service. That is why I gave it a 1 star rating. I go to many Asian restaurants in NY and when I travel as well.

Really beautiful location, the best Kyuramen spot in NYC becuase the decor is top notch!! First time doing a large size group, so we were placed in the private seating and it was a wonderful set up. You have buttons that notify the servers that you are ready to order or need assistance, and they even have a robot that serves you meals and boba.The tonkutso is decently good, not the best best I’ve ever had, but still very good for the price and experience. The rest of the food (non ramen) are soooo good, like the popcorn chicken. The boba is also soooooo good.Got the tote bag for my birthday.

Love this place so much, I’ve add it to my favorites list in a long time. Finally find a day to come with my family. Place is clean, servers are so nice, I’ve ask to change to hexagon sits, they’ve changed it right away. Love their service! Highly recommend! I went to manhattan one but didn’t see hexagon sit, this is really a good place to take pictures!

I got food poisoning! Went yesterday evening (September 27, 2025) with my friends, two of us got sick. I have diarrhea, nausea, cold sweats, etc. still sick currently. Have to miss work tomorrow. Meat was raw, egg was not fully cooked, I gave the meat away, and scrapped out the egg. Decided to eat just the ramen, but still got sick because the broth must have been a bit bloody and terrible. Do not recommend!!!

My experience at Kyuramen was absolutely amazing! The combo meal was such a great deal—perfectly priced and worth every penny. It delivered total satisfaction, and the service was outstanding—everyone was so polite and attentive. I really loved the atmosphere, especially the beautiful wooden art message tree filled with handwritten notes and the creative honeycomb-style booths that gave the place such a unique, cozy vibe. It made me want to try everything on the menu.The highlight for me was the Tonkotsu Curry Ramen—rich, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. Honestly, it was so good I’m still thinking about it. Overall, Kyuramen really did justice to the whole dining experience—I’ll definitely be back!
