★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We had a great time here for my brother's birthday. Went at 6 on a Saturday and wasn't too crowded so food came out quickly and everyone was satisfied. I had the steak nachos and a mango mojito. Both were good! The decor is so nice. Would like to go again while the bands are playing.
March 30 · Fionnuala KerinsAmazing atmosphere everyone is so welcoming. The guac was so good and the chicken quesadillas are a must try! Sara was our waitress and she was so nice and professional. She recommended the buchona and it was one of my favorite drinks by far! Really amazing service and always asking if we needed anything. The place exceeded my expectations and I would recommend to anyone wanting to have a good time especially during karaoke nights or a nice date night out.
July 31 · Geidy RodriguezBeautiful atmosphere, But sadly the worst service possible for a Saturday. Upon walking in with a party of ten we patently waited to be seated to only be disappointed. Ordered soda that were not even the best of taste. A pina colada that was poured on ice that was overly sweet and to tap it off where the one star was given and caused the group to walk out is to see the cook leave the bathroom without washing his hands, Totally nasty and no heat! Not recommended especially not was tick tok is recommending. Do be a victim of the poor service.
November 30 · Jesse LozadaThis was our first time here and Jessica made sure we had a wonderful experience! I speak a little bit of spanish but no where bear fluent and had to make use of it which was not a problem! The food was delicious, the drinks were strong, and the place was wonderful. 10/10 come here if youre in the area!
September 27 · Arianna GjeraziThis place has HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! 1st as soon as I walked in security stopped me to check my birthday bag from going to my table where my sister and her friends were waiting for me. HE PUTS HIS HAND INSIDE MY BIRTHDAY BAG TOUCHING MY MERCHANDISE. THE MANAGER CARLOS SAW THAT N HE DIDNT BOTHER TO SAY ANYTHING. SO BASICALLY HE ALLOWED IT. THAT WAS TOTALLY DISRESPECTFUL THEN SECURITY GUARD SAYS I CANT BRING IT IN BEC THERES A WINE INSIDE. I WAS EVEN MORE PISSED THAN EVER. THE OWNER TELLS ME HE CAN PUT IT INSIDE IN HIS OFFICE TRYING TO PLEASE ME LIKE IT WAS NOTHING WRONG, SO STUPID.2nd I was still in the bad mood n shocked that the manager allowing securities puts their hands inside customers birthday gifts like they want to see whats valuable so they can steal. The waitress sucked shes not atentive for newer guest that arrives at the table. She didnt ask for my order. She took forever to notice that I was wanting a drink. She itmediatly ask me if I wanted a VIRGIN DRINK. Im like are you serious?????? Im over 30 years old and Im coming from far queens near long island ur asking me if I want a virgin drink in a bar? After I ordered my drink she never brought it to me. She looked at me few times n didnt bother till we asked the male waiter. N he also didnt bring me the coconut mojito. Till I had to complain twice to him. My drink was 20 mins late from her n extra 25 mins late from him. He only bring me shots for free for pleasing my upset momment.3. I ordered my food never showed up after I complained 3 times on those 2 waiters. It was an HOUR WAIT for food. I ordered mofongo with porkloins. The mofongo was bad. It tasted like reheated from yesterday.... this was an absolute HORRIBLE SERVICE.4. It gets better the bill they charge 4% fee debit and credit, 20% service fees, tip not included so they purposely overpricing the bills with bad service and excuses. Excuses doesnt help making customers feel happy and enjoyment.5. I told the same waiter that I need my birthday bag for my sister that is in the managers office, he didnt even bother to tell him or the girl to bring it to me. So I had to tell the manager myself. Also I explain all the horrible services and all he gave me was nothing but excuses, excuses and excuses. He didnt look like he wanted to be involved to tell anything to his employees. All he wanted to do is try to offer me a free drink which I find it pity. A drink doesnt solve the problems or convince me that place was worth visiting again. I saw his work performance all carlos did was be on his phone, checking the front, moving tables, and walk around the bar in circles without asking the customers r things are, how are the food and drinks. He would have known my issue lot EARLIER. He even had a sign with his phone number on the table to text him for any problems that customers have and I find that awkward. After I told the manager I was leaving he intended to follow me outside which I find it creepy. So I asked him not to follow me.The only person was very understanding n nice with me, was the female security guard outside. She was shocked to hear that her male security guard put his hand inside my gift n the owner saw it n didnt do anything. She asked me to open my bag n she said she can see my merchandise clear without touching the inside. She was honest with me that the kitchen in that restaurant is small with two chefs only. No wonder that place has a horrible service in many ways. The only best part is the atmosphere. The spacing with all the tables were bad as well. There wasnt much room for busy night. That manager doesnt help at all. He could have done better to correct things around. N be more helpful by asking customers how they are while theyre in tables not asking them to text him.I hope everyone sees this and believe this is not worth it and its not a joke. That place is a ripoff. Specially when you see the pics I send. Any restaurants ive been to drinks were never late, i was never charge 4% paying bill with credit or debit and never had service fee 20% without tip included.
