I go to this McDonald’s a lot and AC never ON. I ask the staff and response it’s out of order.please fix it or turn the AC ON, ridiculous or I stop coming to this McDonald’s which isn’t run right food stocking up on the counter and a big line waiting to get there food.The owners should make surprise visits regularly to see what I’m talking about.

When I finally asked about my order, the staff member claimed she didn’t call my number because she was "counting money" a completely unacceptable excuse.The lack of accountability and urgency from the workers was disappointing. I hope this issue is addressed to improve service standards.
