Once again I get my order and the Happy Meal is missing! Of all things! If someone orders a Happy Meal it should be the first thing in the bag… do you realize how incredibly disappointing it is for a 6 yr old to not receive this. Food prices and fast food prices continue to rise and the service at this location continues to fall. I ordered a big breakfast it came with no pancakes. The food was cold. My coffee (light and sweet) tasted like milk with a splash of coffee. I didn’t even bother going back because it was close to lunchtime and I didn’t want to be upset any further by driving back and not being able to get what I paid for and what I ordered. There are newer fast food franchises in the area. I would recommend them over this one. The customer service is lackluster, and it there seems to be little to no diversity in staffing

This McDonald's on Broad Street in Bloomfield has stood for many years in this location. It has undergone several renovations to its interior including the addition of a drive through that has helped improve the atmosphere. One huge plus that has come from outside, and I do give kudos to the Township of Bloomfield for doing this, has been the installation of traffic poles along the center line of Broad Street, to prevent left turns from being made both coming into and going out of the parking lot thus cutting down on the numerous collisions that have happened over the decades. Apparently I came at the wrong time of the day today. It was just a little before 2 in the afternoon, and it seemed the entire staff was on a paranoid "Battle Stations" alert. It seems that this particular McDonald's store has been subject to recent spate of unruly behavior by local school kids, who have exhibited a penchant for loud, disruptive, foul mouthed activity. I must commend this McDonald's for putting their feet down. I might suggest, if they haven't done this already, that this McDonald's impose a policy of "Patrons under 18 can only take orders to go -- WITH NO EXCEPTION -- between say, the hours of 2 - 4". Maybe that would help. After all, nobody deserves to be subjected to the barrage of explicative laden, disrespectful, stentorian obnoxiousness that kids can exude. If they can't respect others, then they don't deserve the privilege of patronage here.Even though nothing happened this particular day, nevertheless my enjoyment of a good lunch was downgraded. It's a shame, I liked my food.

I sat her down and used the kiosk for table service, very convenient. Only problem I see and experienced they are either short staffed or just an unorganized.After punching in the food order at the kiosk, grabbing my table number the food took 22 minutes, and they didn’t get it correct. I had to ask for creamers for coffee I had to ask for napkins no sweetener for coffee. Didn’t get her Apple pie … It looked like the food was just thrown on the tray like here you go eat and get out lol.My coffee was OK not great then again I am not a fan of this establishment, but Mary likes it. She liked her hamburger and she liked her french fries and while we were sitting there, I was observing and they got very busy. They had cars wrapped around the parking lot Spilling onto Bloomfield Avenue. The inside was jampacked and it’s not a large vestibule to stand in. I noticed people were walking out because it was taking too long to try to even get an order in and then once you did order, you stood there well over 15 minutes waiting for your food . One man asked for his money back because While he was waiting his son finished his McFlurry. And you can see that just overwhelmed the staff even more. Not to mention all the bags I can see from where I’m sitting to be picked up by food delivery services.Another thing that was going on when we were just about finished, I noticed a young man. Yes, a man, he was standing around by both bathrooms with a backpack, and he just looked off. I don’t know what the heck he was doing, but he went into the women’s restroom. After a few minutes. He came out and ran out the back door. Why? the lady I care for had to use the restroom before we left and there’s two toilets in there, and the one was just filthy. So I don’t know if it was from the guy that was in the bathroom or previous, but the restroom was really filthy.Again, as busy as the employees are, there’s no time for anybody to come out and start cleaning. personally, I would never go to any fast food restaurants. The only reason why I went is because this is where the 99 year-old woman I care for wanted to go. The only reason!This location cannot handle volume! It’s smack in the middle of mom and pop stores.
