If you’re going to have people working at the drive thru at least make sure they can comprehend and actually get the order right. They got the order wrong and the middle aged Hispanic lady with glasses who works the early morning shift on Sunday’s has to give attitude and start saying some disrespectful stuff in Spanish. Just remember your dispensable. That disrespect won't get you far.

Literally took my break at this McDonald’s yesterday. I get back to my job and noticed I didn’t have my keys. So me trying to retract my steps I call this location the first time and they hung up on me. The second time I called someone answered and then gives the phone to someone and I then asked if someone retuned my keys. She ask if I dined in I said yes and then I’m explaining that I couldn’t find my keys after going back to my job and she hangs up. They are all very rude and I will not be going back there. But I’ll be up there today to ask my simple ass question that didn’t get answered. Then I’m calling corporate. Because you can’t tell me my keys weren’t found if they keep hanging up. And they clearly understand as to why they work in fast food take orders.

My coffee drink was well made. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bathroom could be cleaner but it wasn’t disgusting. Not sure why McDonald’s charge so much for an espresso shot. It cost $2.98 for 2 espressos shots at this location. While some other locations it could be as cheap as 30 cents.

I ordered 2 because the last time I had them at the McDonald's near Branford CT in 2017 they were skinny as toothpicks. Well I was very pleasantly surprised when I saw what I got this time. Very large fresh tasty burritos. Hot and wonderful. McDonald's has changed for the better. The price was also very reasonable. I even got BOGO FREE. The establishment was very neat and clean. Definitely can recommend. I purchased from the Norwalk location on Connecticut avenue near Costco. A+

I get that drive thru employees get busy, I can sympathize. But some some people's sole purpose is to bag the food and hand it off to the window. You've got one job and can't even get that right.It seems that every time I've gone here, I have to ask for parts of my missing order after they give me my bags and some times with a ghetto attitude like I'm asking them tobring the order to my house. Not all the staff are bad, and I'm not trying to be totally negative here, but I'm just being honest...

Revised Review: Wow, totally new McDonald's, the building was torn down and rebuilt. Inside is clean modern and chic. The colors, textures, and furniture is amazing. Upon entering, I was greeted, shown the new large kiosk ordering system and after ordering the staff brings you the food to your table. Yes, you can still order in the front also or from the parking lot. The food was attractive and it also seems that the staff have been retrained with new uniforms. Great experience. Moved up from four stars to five.Old Review:24 Hour McDonald's that is very busy all the time but is so organized that you are in and out fast. Has a drive thru which is pretty useful. Clean and modern inside.
