Filthy for a McDonald. The area they prepare the food is grimy. You can see the holder that holds the coffee cup around the rim is black. You can tell this place is not properly maintained or hasn't been cleaned years. The overhead lights Filthy no one wipes the tables after use floors like outside. Absolutely Filthy for a place that sells food near Yankee Stadium. But it's a popular stop for those in the neighborhood. I guess the owner doesn't feel the need to keep the place clean for those in the neighborhood or visitors.

There are always homeless people inside the place fighting and asking for money, bothering customers. The bathrooms need more constant cleaning and the lock on the men's bathroom door needs to be fixed. Being close to one of the most famous stadiums in the Bronx, it should look better for customers , They should improve customer service, also some people who serve there are reluctant to serve the customers of the place.

I won't say much. I'll let the picture explain it all. I will say that this location is horrible... always. Service, food prep...everything. it's near Yankee stadium so you'd think they'd do better. It's time to stop giving them chances, I give up...I gave them another chance. Mistake. I didn't know they gave partial pieces of cheese. Costs more for less food. Nice.

This location is right in front of the Yankees stadium knowing how busy it could get it should have employees who need the job not employees who don’t care they make so many mistake but forget the mistakes they argue with customers like they are not wrong. They know we are purchasing food and still don’t give you napkins or straws or any sauces you purchase or ask for. So many employees for no reason they all bunch up working in the same order. The manager ALTAGRACIA needs to be fired she thinks she does things right and do it wrong forgetting things from orders and still argues with customers like we are crazy. Gaslighting customers is crazy and arguing with them.
