Rarely give a McDonald’s 1 star but the drive thru girl not only was she rude, she basically threw my food into my car…when I went inside to get additional items they forgot I’m directly making eye contact and speaking to someone inside and she straight ignored me “excuse miss” til she all nonchalant walked over didn’t say a word and basically aggressively put ketchup in my hand and at that she dropped it and expected me to pick it up. Everyone obviously hates working there, and it’s reflected in the attitude everyone has in there

This McDonald’s stands out for its excellent service and spotless cleanliness. The floors and tables are always immaculate, showing real attention to detail and customer comfort. The food is fresh, well prepared, and delicious. Having visited many McDonald’s locations, I can confidently say that this one surpasses the others, both in terms of warm hospitality and overall quality of the experience. Without a doubt, it is the best in my opinion.

I had a really disappointing experience at McDonald’s @ 15 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn (Store #25056) on May 30, 2025 at 10:45 PM.I placed an order and didn’t receive everything I paid for. I spoke to the staff respectfully, showed my receipt, and asked for the missing item — but they refused to help.I was treated rudely, ignored, and left without what I ordered. I have proof of everything and have submitted a complaint to the company and official channels.I hope this location improves how they treat honest customers. I will not return unless I see serious change.

I paid for food at McDonald’s (15 Jamaica Ave, Brooklyn, NY 11207 – Store #25056) on May 30, 2025 at 10:45 PM. My receipt proves I ordered and paid for fries — but the staff refused to give them to me.I calmly showed proof (app order + debit receipt), but the staff ignored me, refused to fix it, and disrespected me. I was forced to call the police, and I have video and witness evidence.I emailed corporate and am waiting for action. This was not a mistake — it was deliberate robbery of a paying customer.I am sharing this publicly so others are warned. I’m not asking for free food — I’m demanding basic respect and justice. I have full proof and will not stop until this is resolved.
