The workers here gave everyone their order before me even after I ordered first . My McDonald’s shouldn’t have taken 20 minute’s for me to get . I didn’t care cause I still got it . Until I looked inside the bag there was no ketchup no straw no napkin. The soda machines had to be unlocked by the workers & the Dr Pepper was not Dr Pepper but rather seltzer . I guess they forgot to refill the Dr Pepper flavoring but that ruined my McDonald’s experience. And then as I was about to eat my bacon double quarter pounder I realized there was no bacon😐even though I paid for that specifically and it was on the receipt . They fixed my order upon my request but that was so inconvenient and not pleasing to go through . These ppl need better management and possibly training . WORST MCDONALDS EVER. Other costumers were also complaint constantly ignoring people asking for their orders I’ve seen people wait longer than 20 minutes lucky I only waited about 20 which is still terrible

There's always a problem or messed-up item when you order delivery from this store. I have had this problem many times when ordering delivery, so I try to avoid them. This morning I was in a hurry and needed a quick breakfast. Taco Bell in the neighborhood no longer serves breakfast so I stopped in here instead, despite my negative history with them, and that turned out to be a big mistake. They made me wait almost 20 minutes for my order, and then when they finally remembered I was there, they hastily slapped my sandwich together, threw my hash browns in the bag, and handed me the bag. Then they handed me my soda cup... and pointed me to a soda machine that was locked up and powered down, with signs all over it screaming "NO FREE REFILLS!!!!!". I had to call someone from behind the counter multiple times just so I could get my soda, and the soda machine spat out the flattest, most anemic and miserable Diet Coke I've ever seen in my life. What should have been a meal I had enough time to sit down and eat ended up being something i had to rush to eat hastily on the subway to work. It's one thing to screw up a delivery order sometimes, I get that they are over worked. But when you start treating your regular customers like criminals, and acting like something as cheap for the company as soda needs to be under lockdown, that's when I decide to go somewhere else. There's another McDonald's just down the street on Jerome and Kingsbridge, and they are much higher quality than this one even though they're in the same neighborhood. Even better, I can go to burger king for a good hot breakfast, with more food for the price, and a drink that's nice and fizzy. Or even better still, get a breakfast sandwich from any deli in the neighborhood. Clearly somehow you guys are treating your customers like this and staying in business, but in the end all you're doing is reminding people they have options. Good Luck...

This location used to be semi-decent over 10+ years ago. Now, it’s becoming a gradual dump. Managers, let alone the workers, are unprofessional even for fast-food standards. Little to none customer service. Reoccurring instance of cooks' forgetting items every order as well. Very unsanitary place - floor is almost always dirty when I visit alongside foul odors emanating from the waiting lobby. Food quality isn’t any better, only choose this place due to location convenience. Even if it's fast-food, or the Bronx, we have to do better. Take your money to another McDonald's. This one requires new owners or to be shut down at this point. Will not spend money at this location anymore.

I was there on Friday Sept 5th, 2025. I stopped by during my lunch break from work and I was very hungry cause I didn’t get a chance to eat earlier in the day. I ordered small fries and a snack wrap. There was a homeless man in there begging people for their food and money. The homeless man went up to me and asked for my snack wrap at first I said no and then he gave me an attitude and said, oh come on man I’m hungry so I just gave him the snack wrap and left. I will never return to this location ever again. My first and my last time there.

From Managers to employees need proper customer service training. Half the time they are dismissive, rude, ignore, and have an attitude. Always have to check the bag because most of the time the order us incomplete, overcooked, and disorganized. A lot homelessness in the restaurant wanting to disturb panhandling
