Service here is extremely low tier , soon as you walk in you greet yourself since they barely speak english , cash only with a low tier atm you better hope you withdraw the exact amount you need because they wont even pardon .25 cents .The food is actually pretty good i give the food about a 4 stars but with the service being low your appetite slightly goes away so 3 stars overall service and quality of food are an equal match therefore this location gets about a 1-2 star from me. Ive been to many jimbos and and the one in harlem would never.

The bread was moldy on all 3 sandwiches we ordered. When we called him he said it’s impossible cuz the bread was delivered today. This dude then said it’s from the eggs. How an egg gonna turn a sandwich moldy? Never ordering from here again.

Visited twice, Last time I order a chicken sandwich and it was delicious, I didn't like the fries tasted like it was done in a very old oil. The service was good, the personnel was very attentive. Price about average compared to other restaurant. There is a restroom for customers and the entrance is handicap accessible for wheelchair.
