Employee Description: Short Hispanic male, with glasses, pre pubescent mustache, speaks English fine.I’m in the drive through ordering a medium fries. He says “Sprite?”.I say “Fries”.He says “Pull up to the window”I’m paying and I realize it’s a little less than I usually pay. I say what did you place the order as? He says a sprite. I’m like nah I said a medium fries.He argues back and forth saying no you said sprite. I’m like nah I said fries. He still can’t hear me because he has to turn off the fan blasting over him. I’m telling him why are you arguing just fix the order, but he continues to argue.Eventually he charges me for a MEDIUM fries, doesn’t refund me my sprite.I get a SMALL fries NO sprite even though he didn’t refund it.Horrible customer service and extremely rude staff.

I arrived at McDonald’s in Spring Valley New York and I ordered food and it was incorrect as I approach the front door after leaving the second window Jonathan the employee physically standing outside the building. I generally told him calmly that my order was incorrect and he told me that he couldn’t help me and he did not care. The same way I pay my money for the food is the same way I need a corrective order so now my white girl fingers on and I’m telling you that this is incorrect and inconsiderate. If I’m paying money, I need what I asked for it. I need what I pay for Jonathan was very disrespectful. Got into a black Jeep and ignored me as if a customer service is not respectable. He should be terminated immediately. I’ve been coming to this McDonald’s for 20 years and I’ve never been so disrespected.Wait, what? What did you say? Such a mean person. go right

I placed an order through DoorDash and received an incomplete order. I ordered a Milk Shake, it didn't arrive. I ordered an apple juice, it didn't arrive either. Instead, they sent me something I didn't order, the blue drink that really looks like they're drugged, they don't do their job well. I called to complain, they don't answer, really terrible service.

It had two flies in my orange juice and my cup wasn't even full to large this not only service at night is horrible in this location but also now breakfast drive to different location because you will get sick here
