★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Food was disgusting. Plantain look like it was fried in old oil. I called them to complain about the food and the guy hung up on me multiple times. He didn’t offer a solution and was extremely rude. Stay away from this place. I would give zero star if I could.
July 05 · Sandy BIf I could give them a zero I would , this food was absolutely disgusting 🤮 🤢, my mom and I entered the restaurant on Monday and we brought food for 40$. first the food portion was too small for the pricing and the customer severe was horrible. He then went in stating his cousin made the food and was not feeling well, and instructed me to return on Wednesday and he will correct the problem. I came in the Wednesday with my baby , and the only thing this man did was insult me , speak very nasty to me in front of my son, he became hostile and aggressive while communicating with me. I left the restaurant feeling very insulted. Please do not buy food here!!He also stated a DEMON CAN RECOGNIZE A DEMON. I’m not too sure what he was trying to imply, but please if you were in town and are thinking about buying Haitian food, this is not the place . Try Jean Cuisine or plamis kitchen in Norwalk instead.
August 14 · V CPlease do not waste your money and buy food at this restaurant. You will be highly disappointed, the owner is incredibly disrespectful and I do not recommend. I highly recommend trying other near by restaurants, such as jean cuisine, or palmis in Norwalk. I was very disappointed in the way I was treated while only trying to support the Haitian culture
August 13 · R RI was in Bridge port I decide to eat some Haitian rice. I’m Haitian I’ve been eating Haitian food since I was a kid. The service was bad . The lady thought I was trying to hit on her. I was hungry around that time it was around 5pm that day. I waited for a good 10 minutes till she ask me what I wanted. I had ask for red bean and and rice they didn’t have it. I end up getting white rice and black bean and chicken with sauce. The rice didn’t have no salt. They didn’t season the rice right. The chicken was ok. They fried and season the chicken right. But the rice taste horrible I had added chicken sauce and the black beans into the rice and it still taste bad. It was the worst rice I ever ate.
December 10 · Trucking with StanleyThis place is a NO for me. I should’ve realized from the reviews below not to go here. This restaurant doesn’t represent Haitian cuisine very well. The food isn’t good whatsoever. The service also sucks! the food and the owner are identically disgusting and disrespectful to Haitian culture.
