Intimate, no fuss, cash only ramen spot. It’s one of my fave spots in my neighborhood to grab a bowl of ramen and hot sake. The new waitress at the front can be rude at times— I had to remind her that I’ve been waiting for a seat, after she seated 2 couples before me. She tried making up a rule that I can only sit at the counter but I’ve been here MULTIPLE times to dine alone before and never been told that. - Brithny Henry

What is worth choosing

When you visit Nana Ramen, the clear main event is the ramen itself. Customers have noted that the bowls are well-portioned and that the broth is exceptional. One reviewer's description of the broth as feeling "like a warm hug to the soul" is a strong endorsement of the comforting and flavorful experience you can expect. For those who enjoy a rich, creamy broth, the `Black Tonkotsu` and the spicy `Spicy Miso` are excellent choices. For a different flavor profile, the `Shoyu` and `Kimchi Ramen` are also available. The `Seafood Ramen` offers a delightful change for seafood lovers, while the `Yasai Ramen` is a great option for vegetarians.

A key part of the ramen experience is the ability to customize your bowl with a variety of `Additional Toppings`. You can add more protein with `Chashu` or `Minced Pork`, or add more vegetables with `Negi` or `Kikurage`. These options allow you to tailor your meal to your exact liking.

Beyond the ramen, the small dishes are also highly recommended and perfect for a quick bite or to share. The `Takowasa` is specifically mentioned as being "delicious and well priced" in a customer review, making it a great choice. Other popular appetizers that are worth choosing include the `Gyoza` and the `Karaage`. To finish the meal, the `Green Tea Creme Brulee` is a unique and satisfying dessert option.

While some customer experiences with service may vary, the general consensus is that the staff is lovely and the food is consistently a highlight. The overall experience of getting a high-quality, comforting ramen bowl in a cozy, no-fuss setting makes Nana Ramen a very worthwhile choice for anyone in the Brooklyn area.
