★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I’ve always loved Naya for its fresh flavors and overall concept, but unfortunately, this particular location has made me seriously rethink my opinion. I’ve had multiple disappointing experiences here so this isn’t just a one-off.The staff have been consistently rude, which makes ordering feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming. On top of that, the food at this branch is noticeably greasier than other Naya locations. The meat is often soaked in oil and not properly drained, leaving it overly heavy and unappetizing.I really wanted to continue enjoying Naya, but this location has made it difficult. Between the poor customer service and the quality of the food, I don’t plan on coming back to this branch. I hope management takes steps to improve both staff training and food preparation, as this doesn’t reflect the standards I’ve come to expect from Naya.
July 02 · Thamer AMy usual falafel place is closed this evening so I wanted to give Naya a chance. Of course, I didn’t have high expectations for a generic chain place like this. It was not bad, but not so good. If you want your falafel to be tasty, it has to be deep fried to order, and as I would expect from a place like this, they have a bunch of falafel balls sitting there, ready-made, and dried out at room temperature. That’s not a good base upon which to build a wrap. I liked that they had a large whole wheat pita wrap, and I was able to get all of the toppings in there, but with dry falafel balls, and a skimpy serving of hummus and tahini, it was not a very enjoyable wrap, and so it didn’t matter that it was three dollars cheaper than my usual place. And so based on that, I would not recommend Naya because you can do better in this neighborhood if you want a falafel sandwich.
August 23 · Danny KDelicious and amazing, helpful, friendly folks dishing up excellent fare.
August 14 · Cory DavenportI love Naya so much! Their food is so fresh and flavorful. I love that they have so many options and you can make a different bowl/meal each time you visit. I cannot wait for the new location to open under my apartment building! This review was made in connection with a Toast promotion.
April 09 · Emily ThiloThe food was absolutely disgusting, lemon roasted chicken had a lot of dark meat and it was slime, pita was naan bread and very moist! The employee was nasty, got upset when corrected on their sign that labeled quinoa as season grains. Outside was better than being inside of the establishment!
