A casual spot to grab a huge portion of Korean noodles. Order at the counter and the noodles will come quick!I got the Kalguksu with beef brisket (knife cut noodles) and it was a huge bowl and tasty. Really good value for the price.The person taking orders wasn't very friendly (not rude, but not friendly), but she was efficient. An older woman helping at the counter was much more gracious and welcoming. I was there about noon and it wasn't crowded when I arrived, but got busier when I left. If I am in that area again, I would definitely return and try some different dishes.

Love the noodle shop. Went for the Ramen and it was pretty good. The service is top.notch. the lady was kind enough to serve it to the table.The menu is extensive and there are options for almost everyone. TL;DR: Tucked away just blocks from the heart of K-town, this cozy, unassuming spot delivers with heaping portions of its hearty yet elevated Korean comfort food.We walked in on a Saturday afternoon right before the dinner rush quickly took up every table. There's no fuss or frills, with noodles being served in massive, gleaming stainless steel bowls on plastic trays, a sight that will surely transport Koreans back to younger years in Korea.We ordered the seafood pajeon (Korean pancakes), boneless chicken bites, Icy Spicy noodles and Cowboy ramen to share. The Icy Spicy noodles were note perfect for a humid summer night, sweet, tangy and spicy (shout out to the extra care put in to pre-cut the noodles) in a refreshingly icy broth. The Cowboy ramen, piled high with a generous portion of Korean BBQ kalbi (short ribs) and topped with a slice of pepper jack cheese and an egg fried over easy, was a rich, indulgent and comforting experience unlike any other ramen I've had in the city.All this to say, in a city where Korean noodles are now being charged $30+ and have become so avant garde that they bear little resemblance to the $2.50 snacks I used to get after school in Seoul, Noona Noodles stands out by nailing the familiar while still innovating to create exciting dishes. We will be back for more!

The staff was friendly and the service was great, they bring the food tray directly to your seat! However there isn't a lot of seating. I got the K-Rage dish with chicken and it was really good and filled me up, my boyfriend got the udon soup which was equally as yummy!

Authentic Korean food!You can tell the owner/chef took her time to prepare each dish and it was a wonderful experience. The soup base was great, noodles/udons are cooked just right, service was courteous and restaurant was clean and well organized.Highly recommend the Jjam Bbong.One of our favourite places in New York City to satisfy Korean food cravings.
