★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It’s a nice Chinese restaurant in the neighborhood. We tried pan-fried dumplings, Wonton Soup dumplings, cucumber and black mushroom, and chicken congee, and Sichuan cold noodles.Pan-fried chive dumplings: 5 stars. Abundant chives, fried well! Skin was crispy.Chicken wonton soup: 4 stars. I think it meets the bar. It reminds me of the same dish from home. However, I think the broth can be improved. There’s not much veggies in this except for a few boiled lettuce.Sichuan cold noodles: 4 stars. Not bad… with garlic chilly oil you can’t go wrong with it. The flavor is pretty good, but it can be improved with details as Sichuan cold noodles…Cucumber and black mushroom: 3.5 stars. This is just Ok. The dish comes in a plastic container, not a great presentation. It’s too sweet for my taste. And cucumbers are more like picked and not freshly made.Chicken congee: 1 stars. I am sorry… I was really excited for this dish, because I love congee. But it really wasn’t good. Everything is overcooked. The veggies in it feels like frozen veggies… I was very disappointed.Overall it’s a nice spot. I may comeback if I am hungry and need food, but I would not seek out for this.
May 26 · J ZI always order the boiled vegetable dumplings. The cashier is very friendly and I go so often he has become a friend. My foodie wife enjoys the beef noodles, rainbow dumplings, and lamb bento. It’s always a pleasant experience coming here.
June 01 · Craig MussmanWhen I tell you these dumplings hit the spot! It surely did. There’s was a bit too much star anise/ Chinese spice for me, but the spicy rainbow dumplings were flavorful. The wait was decent for homemade dumplings. My sister had the scallion pancakes and they were wonderful as well.Ohh the passion fruit bubble teas was 10/10 and so was the lemon lime honey ice tea! Will visit again
April 25 · LindzBest for done in — the wrappers are a little thick and don’t travel very well (even 10-15 minutes). Conversely, the wonton skins are super thin and end up disintegrating when they sit in the sauce for over 10 minutes. Green bean and tofu (and other sides) portion pretty small but reasonably tasty.Would likely adjust my score up to 4/5-4.5/5 if it was fresh. Overall — better dumplings to be had if you’re looking for takeout, but pretty tasty in a bind, or if you’re craving dumplings.
July 06 · David WangI was in the neighborhood doing a job and I saw oh dumplings. I am not one for trying new things,, but boy, I am glad I did. I had to call the owner in the middle of my meal. And thank him for inviting me to who's home.. Because that is exactly how I felt. I felt like they cooked a meal in their kitchen for me. Especially, it was absolutely delicious. This is like a 10 star. Not a 5 star
