★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 15 Stars – Amazing Service from Jenna and Great Hospitality from Manager Charlie!I had an awesome experience at Outback Steakhouse, and it was all thanks to the fantastic service from our server Jenna and the warm hospitality from the manager, Charlie. Jenna was absolutely on point — super friendly, attentive, and made sure everything came out just right. She gave great recommendations and checked in often without being overbearing.Charlie, the manager, stopped by our table to see how everything was going, which really made us feel valued. You can tell he runs the place with care and takes pride in making sure guests are happy.The food was delicious, but it’s the people like Jenna and Charlie that make this location stand out. We’ll definitely be coming back!

The Service has gone down the drain, food was ordered today April 25th 2025 and supposed to be ready at 7.40 pm, since the take out section was deserted and no one was there until 7.55 pm, I had to go speak to this bearded bulky manager wearing a blue shirt about my order, this rude manager just looked at me and asked WHAT IS THE NAME, and when I gave my name he just turned around and walked off like nothing happened, in about another 5 minutes a waitress comes along asks me for the order name and I show her the order and she couldn't even read the name. I then had to let her know the name, after which she went inside and brought the order. I told her that me and my wife waited from 7.40 pm for this order, but she just said " oh I don't know", we left this God forsaken place by saying that the service has gone down the drain. But this unpleasant experience wasn't over yet. The food was sooo bad, no flavor, no presentation. The lamb over rice from the halal truck looks better and tastier than this. Money spent in the worst possible way. This place use to be great, but the management. Customer service and food have turned toxic and very unpleasant. No wonder hy the place was half empty even today being a Friday. It does look like this place will go bankrupt soon. The Out Back Steak House in New jersey that we visited last year was one of the best, amd the same establishment in Lake Placid we visited for our anniversary was one of the best meals we ever had. Pleaee be highly cautious before you spend your hard earned money at this 3rd class slum.

The only issue is that the food takes entirely too long to come out. The food is typically very good, but not over the top. The drinks can be a bit inconsistent at times, but overall pretty decent
August 17 · Ray CampbellMy boyfriend and I were there last night. Service was terrible. It wasn't the waiters fault. The food took an hour for us to get. When we got our food my boyfriends steak was raw! My mashed potatoes were watery! We were told the kitchen was backed up but the restaurant was not crowded. This is the 2nd time this happened to.us. they need to hire more staff in that kitchen.
