What’s the point of eating here if they are out of greens, tomato and avocado for my sandwich? I got a meat and bread sandwich, it’s just not the reason I eat at Panera. I hope this was a one off problem and not something that happens again. Otherwise I’ll find another place to dine. I’ll add, they could’ve offered a coupon or something to make up for their problem, they didn’t.

I love their food, but every time I place an order for delivery, there is always something missing. When I called the store, they ask me to call delivery person from DoorDash to come back to pick up. There is no service at this store in Nanuet at all. The attitude of the person who answers the call doesn’t even apologize for their incompetency, don’t even know how to manage the situation nor no courtesy to take care of customers. They should check the order inside the bag when the delivery guy is picking up the order through the order receipt, but obviously it’s not happening. The price is not even cheap! I expect better SERVICE at all time. It needs to show the improvement. Is there any customer service policy and protocol for the employees who works there for better customer experience at all?

I wasn't sure what to do after the kiosk, but the staff was friendly and helpful. The food was great, the bread was fresh (I've never had it fresh and it was amazing).I didn't like the blueberry lemonade, it was undrinkable because it tasted extremely concentrated. If that's the recipe, it needs tweaking because oh my lord was it strong. I tried adding water but gave up. Otherwise, it was great.
