They delivered someone’s order to the wrong address. The apartment next to me is vacant and they left someone’s order in front of the door. I tried calling to let them know…but they don’t answer the phone. Welp! I’m sure someone was mad that they didn’t get their order 😩

I asked for square cut n this is what they gave me...I then proceeded to ask for the Manger so I can either get a refund or have my order remade the gentleman was smiling n chuckling in my face. He then look at the pizza puzzled as if that exact pizza didnt come from his store. This is the 1st n last time I will be ordering from this papa johns

We had ordered pizza and wings at 8:21pm and it is now 10:35pm still no food. I wo t ge ordering from papa John's anymore. It shouldn't take 2 hours for the food to arrive. I only live 1.8 miles away from this location. I had ordered online and the delivery time said 45 min. Which is ok but what is not ok, is that it's taking Way to long for any prep an delivery. I called to check on the status and the guy said it should take 15 min more minutes for my food to arrive. I'm having heavy doubts that it won't arrive at all. I am unhappy with the service that is being provided. I believe they can do better but this here is just bad.It arrived it is 11:13pm from 8:21pmHungry and pizza is cold. Never again
