I used to love coming to this location but after today I’m not coming anymore. I’ve been waiting on Bacon Egg and Cheese on a croissant and Turkey sausage egg and cheese on an English muffin. I’ve been waiting on this order for 15 mins. They got my order wrong and gave me a bagel egg and cheese with turkey sausage and a crushed muffin. I understand that they’re busy but please be more mindful to your customers

Pros: This location is very convenient for commuters. The staff is usually very friendly and works quickly to get you in and out. Donuts are always really fresh tasting.Cons: The last few times I’ve ordered coffee it taste burnt or very bitter. Almost if it was old. The first time I told them it tasted off they apologized quickly and replaced my drink. The second time the cashier rolled her eyes and told the other worker another person was complaining about the coffee. They asked me if I wanted another one but I choose to change my drink for a lemonade instead. The third time this occurred I expressed to them that this seemed to be an issue and asked if others had complained about it as well. The cashier told me yes. And then asked if I wanted another coffee. I told her no and wanted a refund instead. I told the manger maybe something is off with their machine. Maybe it needed a more thorough cleaning but that the quality of the coffee definitely wasn’t like before.

I am a person that goes to DD daily. This was my first time at this location. Being a creature of habit I ordered my regular order of green ice tea and a croissant stuffer. This was the first and only time I had my drink made perfectly. He actually squeezed the lemon in my cup instead just placing them in my tea...that little thing made a big impact. I usually have to take the straw and squash them myself but not this time...Thanks to the wonderful and considerate location. If ever in the area again I know where to get my DD fix from

Shout out to the 2 employees working this Friday morning (9/23) while there manager sat in the back and let them struggle there was a line to window and people started leaving. The employees are usually great but please fix your management before your employees start walking out too

WORST experience ever. It wasn’t busy at all yet the employees were moving so slowly. I was told they don’t serve any sandwiches/food items because they were going to close at 7 pm. It was 5:45 pm. I’ve never heard of a DD stopping food service 1 hr 15 mins before closing (or ever actually). I ordered one drink since there was “no food orders”. After waiting 15 mins for my one drink and seeing other people who came after get their drinks before me, I asked about my order. The person who took my order asked what did I order and then made the drink. No apology or acknowledgement whatsoever. Would NOT go back here again.
