This is my first time here. William is very friendly and attentive, he wore gloves the entire time he served me and prepared my drink, it’s a very good service you can see he loves his job

Usually my go to spot for coffee however this time around I found an extremely long piece of hair in one of the drinks from my pick up order. About 12 inches long. When I went back to show the employee, they told me it wasn’t like that when they made it. Insinuating I might’ve placed it there. Disappointing that I had to explain myself that it obviously wasn’t me when I have short hair and it wasn’t even the same color. I did see the employee who matches the strand of hair but she wasn’t told anything. In the end he did remake the drink but sucks that in the evenings this coffee place is always messy/dirty and the drinks are rushed & not made great. Please enforce more food safety measures and use hair nets!

I returned to this place after some time and bought a cake for a celebration. Unfortunately, I did not experience any genuine hospitality and was poorly served. I asked for a name to be written on my cake, but it was never done. Gautami S. was rude and seemed bothered. It’s understandable to have bad days, but it should not affect customer service.
