★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Nice and clam place. Wasn't busy at all at around 3pm, late lunch time.My boy told my about the bhai mi here so I came to try it.Was super hungry and still didn't do it for me. The chicken in the sandwich was grilled and SUPER DRY!!. Had a decent taste but the texture didn't alllow me to enjoy it to its fullest potential.Over all 3 stars:Serve/cashier was nice and food was served under 4 mins.
May 23 · Shah NewazWent here on a Tuesday evening and was pretty quiet. Ordered the fried spring rolls and pho flank & brisket. The spring rolls were perfectly fried and the filling was decent, slightly peppery. The nuoc mam is on the spicier side which was good. Appreciated the lettuce to wrap them. The pho was disappointing though - the broth was very bland and needed more fish sauce and overall savoriness. Hoisin, sriracha, and all the fixings didn’t save it. The cuts of beef weren’t as tender as I was hoping and were a bit tough. Good portion size though, and the first time I’ve seen a soup spoon shaped like a ladle which was nice to use.If I went back, I don’t think I would get the pho again but I’d be willing to try the other staples on the menu - banh mi, rice platters, and rice noodle dishes are offered.A shame because the service and overall vibe were good.
April 15 · Joseph “Seph” NguyenThe pho was great but the bahn mi was even better! The food was really fresh and tasty and service was quick. They also brought a second bowl so we could share pho between 2 people which was nice, because many places discourage sharing. The pho was huge so we had plenty for 2. The atmosphere was cute and stylish.
September 01 · Rebecca HendricksI was glad that there was another Vietnamese noodle restaurant in Astoria. So I decided to stop by. Even though it was lunchtime, there weren't many people. The first thing that caught my eye, which was unpleasant, was that the tables where customers had eaten were not cleaned at all. There were vegetables and other crumbs on my table, so I wiped them with paper. Even though the staff saw me wiping the table, it seemed like they had no idea what was going on. The taste of the pho was okay. But I don't want to go back.
February 21 · Hyekyung KimA wonderful Viet addition to the neighborhood! They have great portions for the price and their protein options are all so savory and delicious! My favorite entree is the vermicelli noodle salad with catfish. It is so filling and refreshing. The pho is fantastic too, but there is sadly no vegetarian option since they only have beef broth. Their tacos are also a great appetizer option! They are never too crowded since they just opened up. They are my favorite Vietnamese restaurant in the neighborhood!
