Pho Table - Dyker Heights Introduce
## Introduction / Overview
In the heart of Brooklyn's vibrant Dyker Heights neighborhood, Pho Table stands as a culinary destination, celebrated for bringing authentic and meticulously crafted Vietnamese cuisine to local New Yorkers. It is more than just a restaurant; it’s a commitment to tradition and flavor, built around its signature, labor-of-love approach to one of Vietnam’s most famous dishes: Phở.
The cornerstone of their menu is the 23 Hr Beef Phở, a dish that immediately tells you about the dedication to quality at Pho Table. This slow-simmered, house-made beef bone broth is the foundation for an array of satisfying and flavorful noodle soups, including the highly-praised House Special Phở which features brisket, rare steak, tendon, tripe, and meatballs. This emphasis on a rich, deep, and aromatic broth is what earns high marks and repeat visits from local patrons.
Beyond their exceptional Phở, Pho Table masters other key Vietnamese staples. They offer classic Bánh Mì sandwiches, featuring daily-baked French baguettes filled generously with options like Grilled Beef, Pork, or Chicken. The menu is intentionally focused, allowing the kitchen to specialize in core offerings—Phở, Bánh Mì, and rice/vermicelli plates (CƠM & BÚN)—ensuring quality across the board.
Customers consistently praise the generous portions and the high quality of the food, noting that both the appetizers and main dishes are delicious and definitely worth the price. The atmosphere at Pho Table is described as casual and quiet, offering a comfortable setting perfect for a relaxed dining experience. It is a popular spot for Lunch and Dinner, catering especially well to Solo dining and local crowds looking for genuine, comforting, and healthy food. With service options including Dine-in, Takeout, and Delivery, Pho Table has firmly established itself as an essential part of the Dyker Heights food scene.
The focus on both "Comfort food" and "Healthy options" highlights the best of Vietnamese cooking, making it an excellent choice for any New Yorker looking for a warm, restorative bowl of soup or a fresh, satisfying sandwich.

Pho Table in Dyker Heights is a must-visit for New Yorkers in search of an authentic and fulfilling Vietnamese meal, and the reason to choose it comes down to a clear dedication to quality over volume.
The Unrivaled Phở Broth: While many places serve Phở, few commit to the 23-hour simmering process that defines Pho Table's signature broth. This long, slow preparation process extracts maximum flavor from the beef bones, creating a rich, intensely flavorful, and life-giving soup base that serves as the perfect comfort food, especially during the colder months in New York. The Phở here is the main event, and the quality of the base is unmatched in the neighborhood, a genuine labor of love that is palpable in every spoonful of the House Special Phở or Sliced Brisket Phở.
A Perfect Balance of Menu Staples: Pho Table focuses on perfecting a few key areas: Phở, Bánh Mì, and Cơm/Bún plates. This concise menu strategy ensures that all main items are prepared with expertise. The complimentary excellence of the Bánh Mì—hailed for its generous fillings and delectable sauce—means you can visit with different cravings and leave equally satisfied. The combination of a world-class noodle soup and an exceptional, filling sandwich makes Pho Table a destination for versatile, high-quality Vietnamese street food classics.

It’s a place that is popular with locals, indicating its status as a reliable neighborhood favorite. The availability of diverse and refreshing beverages, from the energizing Vietnamese Coffee to the unique Housemade Sodas, elevates the meal from a quick bite to a complete, memorable dining experience. September 18 · Yuki HappyPho Table is a fantastic addition to the neighborhood, and I’m lucky to have it close by! The food is rich in authentic flavors, and you can tell they put a lot of care into each dish. Their pho is loaded with quality ingredients, making it super hearty and satisfying. The broth has a slight hint of sweetness, which pairs perfectly with a bit of lime and sriracha. What really made my experience stand out was the service—the staff was EXTREMELY friendly and made me feel right at home. They were also incredibly welcoming, which adds to the cozy and inviting atmosphere. The prices are very reasonable for the portion sizes, and they even offer great deals like pho for $10.99. I also tried their milk tea, which was refreshing and a great value.Overall, Pho Table checks all the boxes—delicious food, generous portions, and some of the friendliest service I’ve ever had. I’ll definitely be coming back to try more!
March 01 · Kevin Tjioe (Kevskiiiii)I’ve always ordered delivery from here but came in person today to try it fresh out of the kitchen because their pho is so good (even when we get it delivered). I also really enjoyed their spring rolls because they’re so yummy and crunchy. They also offer set menu options where you can get a drink, appetizer, and pho/banh mi. I also liked that they offer the “legit sauces” like the Huy Fong sriracha and Lee Kum Lee hoisin sauce haha. The interior is nice and clean and the staff are super nice!
May 16 · Vivian NgIf you're looking for authentic Vietnamese flavors and a menu that truly delivers, Pho Table is a hidden gem worth discovering. I’ve had the chance to try nearly everything on the menu, and I can honestly say – it’s all good. From the moment you walk in, you’ll smell the aroma of simmering broth. Their House Special pho is rich and deeply flavorful, clearly the result of hours of careful preparation.Service is friendly and efficient, and the atmosphere is warm and casual. Whether you’re grabbing a quick bowl solo or sitting down with a group, you’ll feel welcome and well-fed.
