I supposed people always pick something to critique at the restaurant. But on a food cart, not sure what kind of service do you expect.Having travel around the world, enjoying the street food in different country, hygiene and cleanliness is always a challenge. However, I didn't have any issues here unlike some of the previous reviewers.Food was great. I ordered a combo and the flavor on both chicken and lamb was excellent. The sauce was very good and they warned me about the hot sauce. I stop challenging myself about hot sauce in recent years but this was fine. They were overly cautious. But if you can't handle spiciness, you should go easy or skip it.The lamb is a little gamey than the other places I tried in Long island but not bad at all. It's true that there is no much service but I don't expect service at food cart. Though, friendliness and smiles don't hurt. - Mark Liu
