Third and final time trying this spot. Every time I have, it was out of desperation. The staff doesn't understand English so it's a complete wild card as to if they'll understand your order and input it properly. If they do, it'll take 15 minutes for a simple one-item order. Every single time though, they got my order wrong. And I didn't try to get anything complex, literally just read one basic item off the menu, and they still can't get it right. Next time, I go to Wonder or Starbucks instead 👌

Door says midnight. At 11:35 they were making pickup orders but would not allow me to purchase anything.

This is one of the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever visited in my life. They’re never happy to see customers, No matter what you ask, they say no or sigh and act like you’re a burden. I have been forced to use this Duncan for at least 15 years and I genuinely will walk 10 blocks out of my way if there’s another one open.

Not really a good place to buy something and eat. Just go find another Dunkin where it’s not filled with rude staff, donut shortage and pathetic performance

They were very friendly and courteous but my snackin bacon was only 6 pieces! I've tried this menu item in a few different Dunkin' locations throughout Manhattan and ALWAYS get more than half the bag and about 8- 10 pieces.If it is too expensive to offer it then do not have it in your menu. Don't just take customers' money and give them less!
