We haven't been to red lobster in probably over a decade, but we decided to swing by on a random shopping day for lunch. We were pleasantly surprised and happy with our dishes. Service was fast (which was expected as the restaurant was fairly empty for lunch).

Arrived at 8:30, well over an hour before they closed, but the waiter, who doubles as the bar tender it seems, was more concerned with closing and cleaning the bar than actually getting my order correct. Brought out two wrong dishes and by the time the manager (who admittedly, was helpful) got us the correct order it was almost 10pm. Now for the food- literally the WORST red lobster food I’ve ever had. The biscuits were doughy and undercooked and the flavor was just very off, as if they used a different batter or recipe or something than other red lobsters. It was weird. Then the seasoning on both the crab legs and the seafood boil was very off as well. The crab legs were supposed to be on a bed of “crispy” potatoes. As the pic demonstrates, they were soggy potatoes doused in oil and butter. The crablegs themselves were very dry. The seafood boil was just alright, I’d say a 5 out of 10 compared to the Times Square location. The flavor just wasn’t there. Even something as simple as the Caesar salad was gross because something was very different and off with their dressing, almost tasted more like blue cheese than real Caesar dressing. I love Red lobster! They are consistent with their food. Love the seafood stuff mushrooms. I got the 3 for 21.99 shrimp combo with a side of crab legs. My server was amazing, always checking in on me, ensuring I had biscuits, and if I needed a refill on my raspberry lemonade. Overall, it was a great way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

I had the pleasure of being served by Nay during my visit to Red Lobster, and I can honestly say she made the entire experience outstanding. From the moment we sat down, she greeted us with a warm smile and genuine friendliness that instantly made us feel welcome.Nay was attentive without ever being overbearing — she checked in at just the right times, kept our drinks full, and made sure everything came out exactly as we ordered. She was knowledgeable about the menu and gave excellent recommendations, which we ended up loving.What stood out the most was her professionalism combined with a great personality. She went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our meal, and her positive energy really made the dinner special.If you’re lucky enough to get Nay as your server, you’re guaranteed a fantastic dining experience. She’s a true asset to Red Lobster, and I’ll definitely be asking for her again on my next visit!
