★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Got the jerk chicken with rice and peas and plantains. Chicken is so juicy and tender and seasoned well. Sides are solid too. You get a nice size portion for the money so it’s well worth it. I will go back
September 28 · Molly HinesleyGot a large jerk chicken meal with rice and peas and fry plantain. The jerk chicken was super tender and flavorful while also being smoky and charred on the outside. It was made on a real jerk drum next to the truck. Cashier was real generous with the sauce. Rice and peas were good, the cashier asked if I wanted gravy on the rice which was a real Caribbean move and was yummy. The fry plantain was nicely caramelized and sweet. I do wish they gave less rice and more plantain since it was in the same meal box. You also may need to wait a while for the chicken because it is fresh off the grill, so I think it depends on when you get there. The prices on the board weren’t accurate, and they ended up charging a dollar or two more than was on there. It’s not a big deal, but I think they should keep the prices updated especially since it’s just on a dry erase board. All in all would definitely go back :)
