The food and drinks are tasty. The food is always hot . The presentation is always good, too. They have a variety of snacks and drinks to choose from. Quick service here as well.

Food - It was alright. I wish they had the Oreo Chillatta at this location but apparently they didn't. Not sure why. The prices were honestly awful. $12 for a small drink and 2 little cookies is wild. Be warned.Service - It was really hard to understand these guys. They spoke so quietly and unclearly. They kept alternating between me and other people instead of just finishing the current person's order. I didn't know if they were addressing me or someone else half the time. Somehow the credit card machine always needs you to pay twice.. feels like a scam but I get it could just be a broken machine. If it's broken get a new one..Atmosphere - It is not an eat-in shop which is fine but it's very crowded and chaotic, the cashier deals with too many people at once. There was some delivery guy just blocking the door which is really annoying, they should tell people not to stand there. I asked him to move and there was still not enough space, the shop is just too small.

They do not use gloves…in any other stores that practices clean and hygienic rules they ALWAYS USE gloves.And I saw one the workers sneezed in their hands and did nothing about it.

Cinnabon on a whole is awesome but I went a couple times to this location and ALL the workers were all wearing mask below their chins making the pretzels! On top of that they were talking non stop! I was really uncomfortable with that. They need to do better and also try to keep it a bit cleaner.
