I’m always there during my lunch break or at the end of my day from work. I must say that I will no longer go. With the exception of the younger guy David, the rest of the staff are rude. Im there maybe 4x a week and you would think the energy at least welcoming but no. Yesterday was final for me. I’ve notice that the staff are very friendly and professional with a particular race. EVERYONE there besides David, needs to improve. For better service and experience I’ll drive the extra 5 minutes down the road to the infamous ROCCOS PIZZERIA.

I’m deeply disappointed with my recent experience at this location. I placed a large order for my team and specifically asked for no pork on a chicken Caesar wrap for my Muslim coworker. The employee confirmed it didn’t come with pork, yet it was still added. When I returned the item and explained the issue, instead of apologizing or offering to make it right, the manager dismissed me with a highly offensive comment: “These people so religious but they ain’t gonna die if they eat it.”Not only is that disrespectful to someone’s religious beliefs, it’s unacceptable customer service. I let him know we would not be returning, and he responded with, “Do whatever you want to do. Have a good day.” There was no accountability, no concern, no professionalism.We all make mistakes, but the way you handle them says everything about your business. If you value respectful service and cultural sensitivity, this is not the place to go.

Go to pizza place in Avenel. Always correct, consistant, timely, and tastyEdit: Has fallen apart. I didnt even know a pizza could be burned and raw at the same time. They had a rough patch after the fire but apparently never recovered. Theres a slice of pepperoni where i guess the pepperoni called out. Got 4 pies, all of them were burned crust with too much flop in the center. Inconsistent toppings and not even cut well. Not the worst, but not up to par. Kinda dissapointing when u want to support local and get this...go to Plum Tomato.

I asked for no bacon!! And guess what there was bacon in my wrap, guy was dismissive when confronted and said “you’re not going to die” yeah well if I’m paying for something, as a customer I can decide what to put in my body. Horrible management no manners and think everyone is out to get them. Never will see a penny from me!! My coworkers will also choose another place for our lunch orders going forward.
