Been to this location several times, and they’re always pretty consistent with great service. It’s a drive thru and walk up location. The only annoying part about this location is all of the Tesla vehicles lined up waiting to use the charging stations. The service here is usually quick, they tend to get your order correct the first time and generally very polite. Today Michelle took my order and provided excellent service

This is more of a rant about the company itself not really the location that I picked.it's a real damn shame that the company changed their policy on giving free ice water to customers on a really hot day. That's what you guys were known for and everyone loved it. Now you change the policy stating that you must buy something before you could get free water it's a ridiculous move on your part Your billion dollar company and you can't even give free water to people that can't afford to pay for Starbucks? You should be ashamed of yourself while you're sitting there and your AC and money all around you You take away a little opportunity that made you guys great away congratulations for being another money hungry company that does not give a shit about people but yourself.

Very conveniently located if you get off Belt Parkway traveling East at Exit 6, cross the bridge, loop around this little store / hut - and go back on the Parkway.Others’ pictures show a little table and a couple chairs, but, I guess, not in the winter - and it’s located in a busy and rather unsightly industrial area, so you probably won’t stay to absorb the fumes anyway.Bottom line: efficient, quick, smart drive-thru location by Starbucks in the always congested NYC.

This starbucks is very understaffed. I wait almost 15 minutes before someone even came to the window to help the people in front of me. I ended up leaving before ordering because it took too long to get my drink. Oh well. Dunkin was right down the block. There also is no tables or inside for patrons at this starbucks. It basically is a drivethru only starbucks. They should do much better at indicating this being i walked 20 minutes to get my refresher and left empty handed.

I am giving 1 stand because I am not able to give them 0 or less. I ordered Cold brew and they gave me normal coffee. Disappointed and non recommend please.

My Absolute Favorite Starbucks!! They definitely make up in customer service and quality of drink what they lack in location..This is not the typical sit in Starbucks..There is a drive through or a walk up window.. BUT I think this allows them to focus on what really matters THE DRINKS!! They ALWAYS greet you super happy like commercial happy lmao and I love that..Especially considering its Brooklyn and good customer service is truly hard to come by. The drive thru can get congested at times, but again, there is not Dine in so most ppl opt for the drive thu and not the window so be patient with them!!
