Love the atmosphere, the people were very welcoming and friendly, not too far from my house, really enjoyed the warm food and service. Coming back again!

Visited the Subway in Target Plaza by Throggs Neck with my son. We hadn’t been here in a while and my boy was in the mood for a Meatball sub which he had seen at their website. As you walk in they have a BIG DELICIOUS looking pictures of all the subs offered, I ordered the The Boss meatball FL sub and I was shocked at how different the sub looked compared to the picture, I asked why it was smaller and not as big and meaty as the picture, his response was that’s the way it is, Wow! Take a look at both pictures I added, Very disappointed with the food quantity and quality!Jersey Mike, we need you in Throggs Neck!

Extremely disappointed in my food and the customer service. All they sent me was an apology and that they’d speak to the employees about it. No refund, no discount, nothing. I ordered double grilled chicken and clicked more on the lettuce, tomato, onion, spinach, and this is what I received. As great of food subway is, I’m heavily contemplating returning to its franchise again since the employees short change food instructions and the customer service will not look out for you.

I'm a traveling nurse and I came off the Hutchinson River parkway to try to grab a sandwich on my way home. I come into the store and there are two guys working, one in the back and one putting fresh cookies in the oven. The guy placing cookies in the oven turned around and saw me and asked me what did I need. I told him I wanted a footlong sandwich and instead he turns his attention to a tray of dough bread in front of him and takes his time spreading cheese on top of each roll. So now I'm pacing in the store for almost 3 minutes waiting to be served and then the guy finally says to me, do you want anything else? And I told him there was nothing else because I never made my order. He's still barely even looking up. at me from the moment I came in the store so I simply said "I Guess you're too busy so I'll leave." AND I LEFT. Good to know that this particular Subways and Throghs Neck isn't welcoming. I suppose I will have to drive across the bridge the next time toAnd I've worked a nursing shift in frThroggs Neck before, it's a very nice neighborhood so this type of treatment was unexpected.

This store be canceling orders when you use promotions, I made order with promotion because I’m mvp and they cancelled orders when I asked why the Indian guy is saying pay full price or go elsewhere … don’t buy from this spot
