Sometimes you get hard bread, or old wilted vegetables - and sometimes it was not packed properly that the sandwich is weak with dressing coming out tgrough the packet.This was my first time here and frankly I was very surprised at how well the subs were assembled! I ordered through a Subway app - and when I walked into the convenience store which this Subway is a part if - there was a very nice friendly smiling Indian lady - with my orders neatly packed on the counter.All the sandwiches were meticulously labeled!!! I think that this is the first time I see anyone took diligence in labeling the sandwich. Usually you have to take chances and open it and see if you got the right sandwiches from multiples that you ordered.When I took the subs out I realized that the sub was hefty! And to my delight, the bread was fresh, the veggies were properly assembled - fresh and crisp and the protein were carefully tucked behind the veggies. It was so well done, there were small quantity of sressing on the paper and no loose vegetables as they were meticulously wrapped (i am attching some photos)Gratitude to the sandwich artist here and thank you for making the best subway sandwiches I have taste in a long time. I will be coming here often especially when I am doing my shopping at Costco nearby. Job well done!!P.S: I came back the second time the day after in the evening and actually had a chance to see how they made tgeir sandwiches (btw the meat are not hidden behind metal lid - it was transparent and you can see them applying it on your sandwich - unlike one reviewer claimed about dishonesty). Workspace was clesn - they actually take pride in their work. The bread were just freshly baked and the nice lady stacked them alternately rack to cool off (without the steam dampening the bread as default Subway standard. August 09 · Fuzz WuzzI gave this Subway two chances and both times the food was unacceptable. The meat tasted bitter and rancid, and some ingredients were clearly not fresh. When I complained, the owner/manager told me “everybody has different taste,” as if I was making it up. This place is serving outdated food and has zero accountability I wouldn’t trust eating here. I don’t know how they pass inspection selling spoiled food.
September 25 · Kurt RigaudThe Indian lady who works here is extremely rude and seems like she hates her job. I ordered my sandwich with a bbq sauce but she drizzled Mayo on it. I was nice and polite when I let her know that I ordered bbq sauce with my sandwich. While mistakes happen, she blamed me for her mistake and was very rude about it. If you’re going to be in a customer facing role, learn how to take full responsibility for any mistakes you make and learn to apologize. If you can’t do that, look for a different job.
September 27 · WI went here a couple of months ago when they were doing a promo. The place is clean and the staff is friendly.But.. they simply don't put a lot of meat in the sandwiches. The veggie section is fully visible so you can see what they're putting in. But the meat section is completely blocked off so you can't see how much meat they're putting in. (kinda sneaky)When I got home and opened up the sandwiches, I was rather disappointed. It felt like eating veggie sandwiches.I probably won't be returning. Are all subway stores like this these days?
