Yall suck and never get the orders right. We have to double check the bag every single time. The only reason I ordered one of the overpriced new items was for the chipotle sauce and of course they did not put it in the bag (a friend checked the bag and did not know it was supposed to be included). It’s so infuriating that even when we try to call and rectify the situation, there is no answer and it was not even busy inside when we picked up. Do better.When i opened my DIPPER (for which i did not get any sauce) it had an odd green blob on it?????? So gross and HORRIBLY disgusting.

My Crunchwrap Supreme yesterday had mostly just lettuce, tomatoes and sauce. I could hardly taste or see the meat and it had a smear of beef that was in the form of microscopic bits on my wrap. This location always serve me food in such manner. With practically no meat. Very annoying when you are hungry. Eat elsewhere if you're hungry. 😒

This is one of those places that I keep giving chances to that I shouldn’t. The other day I ordered 2 of the new crispanadas for pick up and was so excited to try them. Unfortunately that was short lived after my second bite. As I looked at it in my hand while chewing my second bite…there was a hair sticking out of it. I immediately pulled it out and contemplated what to do. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues with the food there so I didn’t wanna go back just to be offered some kind of discount or apology. I ended up just throwing it out and deciding to write this review.
