We had a great meal at Tandoori Tibet tonight. We felt like we hit the jackpot to find a place that executed BOTH Indian AND Tibetan food so well! We were thrilled to be able to order from each cuisine. Our waitress Sonali was great and so sweet. We ordered a lot and she got it all right...wonderful service. We had steamed beef and chive momo. The dough was very delicate unlike other momo that have a thicker gummier wrapper. YUM. The Goat Korma was a standout ... delicious sauce. The pani puri were so crispy and came with two sauces, and were stuffed with yummy chick peas. The palak paneer was velvety smooth, bright green, nice pieces of paneer too....it was great. The chicken biryani was perfectly cooked and so flavorful with big chunks of chicken. Garlic naan (so crispy and flavorful) and tingmo were both also great and wonderful to dip into the korma, palak paneer and the beef chilli. Some dishes came with rice or tingmo, which was great...gave us plenty of carbs to soak up the delicious sauces. The table had soy sauce, hot place, chili oil, straws and plenty of napkins so we were all set up! Can't wait to return. I can't help but include an 'after' picture ... we ate everything! - Kristy S
