This Subway has gone downhill. The manager of this location is rude and very unprofessional. He doesn't like accepting online orders and has an attitude. I picked up my online order and he did my whole order. I called to let me know and he said "oh well". He told me to just request a refund on line. I went to the store to show him his errors and told him that I would like my order to be done correctly. He gave me an attitude and made me wait 30mins or so. Smh

placed an order for pickup about 10mins before arrivalwalk in, they rudely tell me my order wasn't ready and to wait elsewhere while they made at least four other orders of people who walked in well after my order was placedconstruction doesn't give me very much free timedidn't expect too be disrespected and tossed aside when i was just tryna save some time

Manager extremely rude and combative. Asked for reasonable alternate choice because they ran out of something and he starts yelling. Won’t go back. Will find other location.

Guy was busy didn't acknowledge anyone. Went in to try the foot long pretzel...left with something so hard its inedible...I assume my pretzel was just really old or stale or heated and reheated or all of the above...will try one more place before I give up.

Very poor service and unhygienic. The guy claimed as he was the owner who was working there and declined to clean the wet floor and left it without any hazard sign. We also asked him if we could use some hand sanitizer and he literally pumped some sanitizer in a napkin and gave us. Very inconsiderate and rude person. This should be noticed and actions should be taken for public safety.
