Finally got a chance to stop in and try some coffee & treats. Bummed there was no robot, but Saturday morning it wasn’t packed at all and I loved the little nooks everywhere. Got iced coffees, a muffin, and crumb cake. Coffee was great and the food was good too. Definitely will be back

Stopped in with a friend to try some coffee and oatmeal. Sorry that I missed the robot as I am into AI, I was told that "it" is out for repair and will be back soon. Oatmeal with raisns and banana was excellent as well as conversation with friend. Can't wait to set back and see the robot in action. I loved the little nooks and atmosphere everywhere. Got green tea and a bowl of oatmean. Teae was great and theconversation was good too. Definitely will be back.

This is what life is about. I had to drop off my son at his new school, so I'm not familiar with anything up there, so I walked until I found this great place. I walked right up it didn't look open, but he unknowingly unlocked the door, so I came into an oasis of coffee and nostalgic looks, and it's this place. Sorry for the rant when I enjoy a place. I want you to know why. The sandwich i had was bacon egg and cheese, and it was pennine pressed!!! 😲 🤤it was great it doesn't compare to that birthday cake coffee so delicious 😋. Happy anniversary for 20 years of great service and being a staple in your community for holding down the same location for that long as well. Congratulations to you and your family. All that to say, if you get a chance to be in the area of The Fine Grind, you will find a cozy, comfortable, kind establishment.

This is one of my favorite coffee shops in North Jersey. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s such a great alternative to Starbucks. The staff is extremely friendly and very helpful. I love their robot server that delivers your order right to your table! So cool. And the atmosphere inside the Fine Grind is always warm and welcoming. Their coffee always tastes fresh and never burnt. If you’re in the mood for some cake or cookies, this place has a nice assortment of desserts to choose from. Thankfully, it is located inside a small shopping center so parking is usually not a problem. And definitely check their schedule because they always seem to have something fun going on.

Gave this cafe three tries before this review.First incident I was told an item was sold out and then the women behind me were given the exact item I requested not once but three times, I found it extremely odd and shrugged it off the first time.Second time I order a drink I frequently get but it was given to me very strangely, I ordered the vanilla snuggle but it was given to me without marshmallows and whipped cream. There was just simply foam on the drink and it did not taste the same as usual.Third time I order the same drink but once again, the incident repeats.The staff seemed nice but to have these incidents happen is very unusual and I will not come back. I don’t know if it’s because I’m a brown woman or something else but these things should not be happening. I hope the staff learns kindness and to treat each customer with respect.Below I have attached the oatmeal which was decent and the so called “vanilla snuggle” given to me without any toppings, just foam.Very disappointing.
