★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1My husband and I came to The Rum House before a Broadway show and had a great experience. The space has a classic Cuban-meets-Old-Hollywood vibe. We sat at the bar and the bartender was knowledgeable and attentive. We arrived during happy hour and started with drinks from that menu. For our second round, I ordered a Painkiller (the Painkiller is my favorite rum cocktail), from the full menu and it ended up being one of the best I’ve ever had! I had to stop myself from ordering more—I didn’t want to be crawling into the theater.Overall, it was the perfect spot to kick off our evening!
June 21 · Alyssa KearneyWow! This was a fun cocktail bar! Got lucky and came in right as Jazz band was setting up! Band was great, perfect for a date night! Try their rum drinks, super tasty! Seating near jazz band was limited, would recommend getting there early! Table service was quick, our server was great! Would recommend for a nice vibey night!
June 25 · Richard SantillanWe wanted to enjoy some jazz and the place was nearby. We went around 9 the place was full couldn't have a seat. We had to stand by the bar. The barman was great. The drinks he made were amazing. Have dinner before you go as they have limited menu options. It was a good evening.
July 22 · Maroun YounanWe went to the Rum House after a Broadway show to listen to the jazz band and have a cocktail and it didn't disappoint. It's a great old fashioned feeling bar that has a extensive rum selection and rum cocktails as well as other drinks. The Jazz band starts playing at 9:30pm and there is no cover charge, seats fill up quickly, but we managed to get the last table seats available. The bar has a great atmosphere and the band was good and played a number of songs including one vocal, "I've Got You Under My Skin", by Frank Sinatra. We had a wonderful time and will definitely go again. 🍸
May 09 · Shannon LeeSuch a cool spot. The drinks were excellent. The bar was packed, but we were eventually able to get seats at the bar. I am a sucker for live jazz music and this place did not disappoint. I only wish the space was bigger! Will absolutely come back when we are in the area.
