★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Absolutely incredible food. The ribs were beautiful and the pork noodle soup was delicious. It can be done without all the extras, but I was starving. The beancurd pork wraps were lovely also. It's such a cute little restaurant and as a solo diner, I felt very comfortable. The staff are delightful and attentive. Highly recommend 😊
September 17 · Kate SiredzukThe flavors at this Chinese restaurant are like a taste of childhood memories. Every dish preserves the authentic essence of traditional Chinese cuisine, with perfect control of heat and timing. The aroma is irresistible, and the taste lingers delightfully. Whether it’s a steaming signature dish or a light, refreshing stir-fry, every bite feels like the comforting taste of home.
July 21 · d “Food temptation” sFirst time trying Hangzhou and Suzhou cuisine, and I’m so glad it was at Tipsy Shanghai! Every dish felt like a brand new experience — the flavors were delicate, unique, and something I haven’t found at any other Chinese restaurants in the city. You can really taste the subtle sweetness and richness that’s special to this regional style. The atmosphere was cozy yet stylish, making it a great spot for both casual dinners and special nights out. Definitely coming back to explore more dishes. A hidden gem for anyone curious about authentic Hangzhou-style food!
July 15 · Catherine Wangprobably one of my favorite pan fried pork buns in manhattan and they're extremely affordable. the bottom had a perfect golden brown color while the inside was super juicy and flavorful!tipsy shanghai also serves classic chinese dishes like wuxi pork ribs, fried green beans and minced pork noodles - all of which were also delicious. this is definitely a spot i could see myself coming back to.
June 23 · Carrie LinIt's a nice place to go for dinner ,they offer good food. Loved the dumplings, and they had free ice cream for all four of us ,and that ice cream was wonderful and tasty. However, there are limited veg options. And the dessert we ordered did not taste as good as well had hoped for (probably coz it wasn't that sweet ).The lady in charge of our table was very sweet and welcoming, and all of us loved the service quite a lot.Overall it's a great restaurant ,and I'd surely recommend this.
