Posting this August 2025 — After being impacted by a neighbor’s fire for ten long months, I’m so glad this place is coming BACK! Love how they remodeled the interior with copper accents, and added a counter for single seating. BYOB. We had a party of 8 which fit just right by the window. Ordered one of almost every appetizer and each one was excellent, especially the agedashi tofu, bao buns, and karaage chicken. I’d recommend the black garlic ramen, or the chicken ramen if you’d like a lighter broth. The noodles were just the right consistency and even the egg was cooked right (i prefer mine soft-boiled like they do in tokyo 🤤). Our server was friendly and the owners are nice. Parking is usually not a problem, and there’s plenty of street parking if the lot is full. I wouldn’t recommend it for large groups 9+ though unless you’d like to takeover multiple tables; it’s more of a cozy atmosphere, kinda like a hidden gem in a small town. The anticipation for Tojo Ramen's return to the neighborhood has finally been rewarded! This ramen is genuinely great. Every element, down to the last strand of noodle, is cooked to absolute perfection.The undisputed star of the bowl is the liquid gold. The broth is incredibly rich and packed with flavor. It is clear a great deal of care goes into every bowl served.Tojo Ramen is a delicious and much-needed welcome back to the neighborhood. Don't walk—run to try this!

We went for a quick dinner only to find that they have recently reopened and added to their menu. Totally a hidden secret but MUST GO for their ramens. Comforting and authentic. I wish I took more pictures but we had the whiskey ramen, black garlic ramen and also matcha drinks.

Our family has been going to Tojo since it opened. Growing up in Japan it’s such a treat to have authentic Japanese ramen so close by. Their soup is made from scratch with tons of umami, and the appetizers are absolutely delicious too!!The staff are attentive and kind and you can see/taste the care that goes into each item on the menu. I hope you can enjoy it as much as we have!
