5 stars across the board!! Everything was so lovely, from the staff and the attentiveness, the divine food, even the coffee was AMAZING!! We had the veal special, the eggplant rolitini, and the cacio e pepe with chicken and I’ve never experienced food so delicious in my life!!! The tiramisu was also divine!! Go here, you’ll never regret it!

Amazing restaurant tucked in the middle of Rutherford great location, great staff so accommodating and family oriented. Food was delicious I went with a party of 12 and everyone loved their dish and all the apps. Will definitely be coming back

What a great experience! The food is delicious and reasonably priced! The owner takes so much pride in his restaurant and it’s very attentive to all his guests. You feel like you are eating dinner at your friends house. Desserts are yummy, not too sweet! Highly recommended and will definitely be back! (Maria, Carlos’s sister)

Lovely place, food was excellent and satisfied all of our cravings. And the service here was some of the best I have seen in many years. Even received a complimentary cheesecake which tasted wonderful. Will definitely return again in the future.

Volares service was really good. Our servers, Daniel and Antonio, were both excellent and constantly replenished our water and made sure our food was good. Definitely recommend making the trip if you can!
