★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1It was late night and I was hungry for something light. I was glad they still had soup. Usually on a weekend the soul finishes fast. I ordered a chicken soup with festival. I usually like my soup broth thicker, but it was still delicious. The festival was soft and hot. It’s been a long time that I enjoyed a good festival and this hit!!
September 03 · Marcia BlackbeautyOxtail with Mac and cheese is great but stick with the small size, not sure if the "large" size is really worth it.Pickup section is to the left.Be patient, it is slow but worth the wait.Have your order info ready besides just your name.Their soup is great too but it's not always available.Jerk chicken is not spicy or anything so I avoid it.
September 09 · FoodstahamI often eat at yardies. Over the years I've seen the increase in the food prices especially the oxtails. Just make sure when you order, that they put the plantains in your plate because they might forget. Service here is like a hit and miss sometimes, the cashier's taking orders are doing an exceptional job and those are the ones that have really brought the good ratings. They did remodel and it looks good inside they even have kiosks where you can make your own orders. I know on Friday nights it does get packed so the kiosks can be beneficial. Yardies is a good place to eat local and get good food, what more can you I for at least I don't have to drive out of my neighborhood .Yardies also have catering for Thanksgiving. The jerk turkey is delicious.
July 12 · Polo BearThe young lady at the counter was very sweet and accommodating. Food from here was just what my life needed in that moment. We ordered the Jerk pork, Oxtail with rice and peas, cabbage and mac n cheese. Caribbean flavor through and through. I also purchased the bun and cheese. So fragrant and delicious as well.
April 09 · Sabrina SmarrIt appears the cook changed or the recipe changed. The food was not good at all. The jerk chicken didn't have any flavor, and the jerk sauce was just as bad. The rice and peas were hard, and the gravy (very little) was just on one side. The plantains were so dry and hard... I don't understand why you give food you know isn't good to your customers. SMH... This is how you make a living and...yet...sell garbage to your customers, just don't make any sense. I will never eat from there again.Response- Yes, it's the right store.
